We are about 6 weeks into our Amerika trip, we had no problem getting the visa for the US. Everything went much smoother then we had thought. In the first two weeks we had to do a lot of sorting out, getting a phone, getting a mail address, looking for a motorhome to buy and so on. Buying the motorhome did not take so long, but a few minor things had to be sussed out. So after almost 4 weeks staying in our rental motorhome we were able to pick up our new house.
We had to wait one more day to pick up the license plate and we were our way to Big Bend, TX. A national park near the Mexican border, we stayed there a couple of days. Went to visit the Hot Springs in the Rio Grande. Just a couple of days after we were there a woman had been attacked by a bobcat. No this is a very rare situation, because normally a bobcat will not attack an adult. The bobcat looked healthy and escaped after the attack, The Hot Spring area has been closed when they were searching for the bobcat. I do not know if they found the animal and killed it, I sure hope they did not find him/her.
